answer the phone in person. When we are out of the office the
phone is diverted to a member of staff and it is only as a last resort
that you will get our answering service. Please leave a message,
we will return your call as soon as possible.

We will ask you a few questions to help
us get a rough idea of your proposed event before writing to you
enclosing an information pack and requesting a meeting.

The meeting is very important.
Except for the very simplest of jobs, we will not give you a firm
quotation until we have inspected the site and discussed your
requirements and expectations with you.

We will endeavour to find out precisely
what you need for your event so that our quotation is totally inclusive
with no hidden extras. We will draw a floor plan of your marquee
and send it to you attached to an itemised quotation. The prices
in the quotation are fixed (as long as the quotation is accepted within
the time stated) and will not be increased prior to the event no matter
how far in advance the booking is made.

We will modify
the floor plan and quotation until you are happy that we are quoting for
precisely what you want. Once you accept the quotation, please
sign one copy and return it to us with your deposit. By signing
the quotation you are also signing agreement with our Conditions of
Hire, a copy of which will have been sent to you in the Information Pack
and with our quotation.

On receipt of the signed quotation,
subject to availability, we will accept your order and send you a
confirmation note. We are happy to add or subtract items from your
order at any stage until about a week before the event.

A couple of weeks before the event we
will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. We will
always try to have the marquee for a wedding or large party erected at
least 24 hours in advance of the event.

Once the marquee
is erected and all the equipment is on site, we will ask you to sign a
delivery note. Normally payment is due at this stage. By
signing the delivery note you accept responsibility for the equipment as
defined in our Conditions of Hire and we strongly recommend that you
arrange for event insurance to cover your liabilities from this stage or
to agree to our optional waiver.

Normally you will not see us again
until we return to take the tent down and remove the equipment but,
don't worry, you are not forgotten. If you have any problems with
our equipment or worries concerning your event we are on call 24 hours a
day.

The
marquee will be struck and the equipment removed from your site at the
time agreed with you. When we leave your site is will be left
clear of all of our rubbish. (please note, however, that we are
NOT responsible for catering or other rubbish unless this has been
agreed in advance)
